- Drinking water in good quantity: – For good health, we should drink pure water daily in a prescribed manner. Like if you weight is approx 50 kg then you should drink 05 to 06 glass of water daily and if your weight is around 100 kg then your should drink 10 to 11 glass of water daily.
- Walking improves your overall health – few minutes of walking keep you fit from your head to your toe. Every part of our body gets benefited by walking. Like it improve our mood, keeps our eyes healthy, relive back pain, lower blood pressure and risk of heart attack, strengthen the arm muscles, reduces hip fracture, keeps joints lubricated and reduced the load on other joints etc.
